I just discovered this shop today and oh my goodness I love it. First off the Owner is absolutely adorable. So sweet and so helpful. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar are amazing. Today I bought the strawberry balsamic vinegar and the Blood Orange olive oil to mix over my salad. I also bought a hot sauce , chicken rub, and corn nuts. It is definitely a place to stop And try everything.

Some of the best olive oils & vinegars I’ve ever had. Rick truly is a subject matter expert on whatever you ask him regarding the products he sells. Wonderful experience too! Prices very, very reasonable for the quantity & quality.

I am so Happy to stumble across this shop! Custom Olive Oils & vinegars! I also purchased local Fremont K. B Honey! The Owver was so helpful & I can the quality is impeccable! I bout the “Tangerine Balsamic & Apple Cider Vinegar along with Arbequina Olive Oil! Wow! Everything is delicious. I can’t wait to come back & add to my new found Collection. Outstanding selection of the best olive oils and balsamic vinegars - everything to taste! Fine semolina pasta, spices, sauces, olives... We got into a shopping frenzy, and we'll be back for gift baskets for the friends, who have everything!

A hidden gem at Niles. Who would of thought an olive and vinegar store amongst the antique stores. They have a huge selection and Rick the owner will let you sample each to try. I ended up purchasing the dark chocolate balsamic vinegar. Tastes as good as it sounds. Excellent service and Rick is very passionate about all his products. He will also make you laugh with his jokes. Highly recommended!
